*flashback | Wayne and Anne meet…continues
Wayne:
“We’re having issues with the after party at this venue so we just going to the hotel and get you something to eat,” EI, my assistant tells me.
“Aight cool,” I reply.
We reach the hotel and it’s about 3:00 am. I hope Anne is still awake, I want to bring her over.
I text her.
“Babe” - Me
“Yes” - Anne
“Still up?” - Me
“Yeah” - Anne
“ok I’m about to eat and if I’m not too tired after that I’ll text u babe.” - Me
“I hope you save some energy for me :)” - Anne
Now I know she’s down to come chill with me tonight. She gives me this crazy vibe I can hardly handle.
“Wayne ya food is ready,” EI calls me over the the dinning table in my room.
I walk over to the table and sit down to eat.
I keep on texting Anne.
“Come on…..Are you by yourself?” - Me
Mack Maine comes in the room, “Aye man, we got another club that wants you to make an appearance.”
Fuck. Right when I just told Anne to come over. “You for real man?,” I ask to Mack as I halfway finish my food.
“Yeah nigga, we gotta get going,” Mack tells me. “Cool. Give me a min. I’ll be right down.” I tell Mack and EI.
Mack walks out. “I’ll be out in the lobby waiting for you,” EI tells me as he walks out.
As I start to get ready once again, I keep texting Anne.
“Wait babe we about to go to sum other spot”
“We about to go to sum klub babe” - Me
“I was already on my way” - Anne.
I walk out my room and make my way to the car, still texting Anne on my way.
“I’ll hit you later babe” I sent her the last text.
Anne:
*Next day….3:30pm
I was looking forward on seeing him last night. He hasn’t texted me yet. What if he’s gone already? Maybe he’s still here, Yeah, he’s probably still here. He said he would hit me up later. I suck at being patient.
*phone rings….via text
“Hey babe” It’s Wayne.
My heart just skipped a beat and I lost all my breath.
“Hey” - Me
“Come over” - Wayne.
“Okay, see ya in a bit” - Me.
Holy shit. What did I get myself into? I’m nervous as fuck. I get in my car and drive to the hotel.
*20 minutes later….
“Welcome to the Ritz Carlton” the bell boy greets me as I walk in.
I smile and make my way to the luxurious lobby. I swear I can not get enough of this place is so beautiful. I send Wayne a text letting him know I’m here. Not even a minute later I get a tap on my shoulder…
“Hi how are ya? Follow me” EI greets me.
“I’m good thanks and yourself?,” I respond as I follow him through the hallway.
“Good thanks. So you enjoyed the show?” EI makes a conversation with me.
“Yeah, loved it. It was crazy!” I said with a smile.
“Great!” EI responds as he opens the door that leads to the back on the hotel, where the tour buses were parked at.
I look to my right and I see Wayne’s body guard sitting on a chair under the shade. We walk towards the tour bus, EI opens the door for me. As I walk in I hear Wayne talking to other people at the very back of the bus. He immediately looks my way and smiles big. His shiny, diamond teeth glow like no other and the closer he got to me the bigger his smile got.
“Hey sweetheart!” He exclaims as he reaches out for a hug.
“Hey” I greet him back as I hug him.
He gives the most warm and tight hugs I have ever received. I look around and is the same bus I been looking at through youtube videos. I feel nothing, I’m completely numb in shock.
Star struck.
“Hey guys! Come here” Wayne calls over the guys at the back of the bus.
Two guys approach us and one stays at the back, he looks focused on his computer.
“This is Marley” Wayne says as he points to Marley, “This is Scoob” as he points to Scoob Doo.
“This is my girl Anne” Wayne introduces me to Marley and Scoob Doo.
We shake hands and say hi to each other.
“That Mike Banger in the back!” Wayne says as he points to the back of the bus.
I stand there and everything feels like is going slow motion. I look at Wayne and it’s still pretty unbelievable I’m standing right next to him in the bus I always dreamed of one day getting into.
“Y’all gotta see this though,” Wayne tells Marley and Scoob as he points out to my tattoo, “Show them your tat baby.”
I lift my sleeve and turn to show Marley and Scoob.
“That’s all me right here” Wayne tells the guys as he points out his signature, “Isn’t this shit tight?”
“Yeah, dope shit” Marley and Scoob agreed.
“Where’s Mack? Mack has to see this right here,” Wayne asks EI who was standing behind us, “Call Mack!” EI walks out the bus to go get Mack.
Wayne stays bragging about my tattoo to Marley and Scoob. The door opens and Mack Maine walks in. He has this confused look on his face and looks at me.
“Mack this is my girl Anne. Anne this is Mack Maine,” Wayne introduced me to Mack.
“Hi, nice to meet you,” Mack greets me as he held his hand out.
“Nice to meet you too,” I responded with a smile shaking his hand.
Mack still has this confused look in his face. Scoob stands by the snack bar and Marley stands behind the dinning booth. Mack walks in and stands next to Scoob. Wayne and I stand next to each other near. Wayne pulls me closer to him and put his arm around me. I immediately melted inside, the vibe this guy gave me was beyond normal.
“Did Marley tell you what he did at the concert?” Scoob tells Wayne as he points to Marley.
Marley laughs.
“No what happened?” Wayne asked.
“He traded his watch and cellphone for a backstage pass so I took his shit and never came back out” Marley tells us as he smiles.
Scoob and Mack laugh.
“Are you serious? Nigga What you do with that shit?” Wayne asked.
“I sold it already. Shit you know me man,” Marley tells Wayne.
“Nigga moves fast ya heard me,” Mack says laughing.
They all laugh. Another tour bus passes by us. Wayne lets me go and looks out the window.
“Is that Twist bus? They leaving already?” Wayne asked Mack.
“Yeah, after it’s Birdman’s bus. Nicki already left this morning too,” Mack responded to Wayne.
I just stand there hear them talk and enjoy the moment.
“You okay babe?” Wayne turns to me.
“Yeah, just a little nervous,” I tell him quietly.
“It’s okay,” He tells me with a smile.
Mack, Scoob and Marley make their way to the back of the bus with Mike.
“Well baby it’s time for us to go,” Wayne tells me as he reaches out for a hug.
Shit, I wish I could pause this moment.
“Okay, thank you,” I say as I hug him back.
“EI walk her out please,” He orders EI.
We’re almost to the door I turn back and call Wayne
“Yeah sweetie” He immediately returns.
“May I give you a kiss?” I ask him as I blush.
“Of course!” He accepts as he turns his cheek to me. I kissed his cheek.
“I’ll see you soon,” he said.
I walked out the bus, waved bye to EI. As I walked away, I looked back and I saw the buses leave. Call me weird but I started to cry little bit.
